Loganlea station is a key transport hub that connects the community to nearby health, education and retail services. The Australian and Queensland Governments are relocating and upgrading the station to ensure it can accommodate future growth and deliver the most benefits to the community. 

SCG successfully delivered all land requirements for the project including the acquisition, vacancy, demolition and maintenance on over 20 properties where the new station is located. We also negotiated a lease agreement on a council block of land for use during construction. 

Our team was able to work with the Department of Housing and Public Works to organise the lift and shift of 7 properties to new locations, saving the cost of a new house and demolition of the impacted on. 

The timely and efficient delivery of land meant that utility and pre-construction works were able to get underway on schedule.
