John brings together a trilogy of professions being degree qualified as a valuer, planner and project manager with direct and relevant experience at the helm of and responsible for a number of multi-billion-dollar infrastructure project property access and acquisition programs.

He is also a highly sought-after speaker and media authority. He enjoys passing on his extensive knowledge by lecturing and supporting organisations at board level with his expertise in the built environment, real estate and development fields.

Patrick Leahy, Director

Patrick Leahy has more than 20 years’ experience in the Australian property industry, specialising in land access and acquisition, specialist negotiation, and property valuation.

Patrick has provided strategic advice on major infrastructure projects across the state, managing important acquisition programs and carrying out negotiation processes on behalf of government.

Specialising in the procurement of land for infrastructure projects, Patrick possesses a unique understanding of the challenges and processes that are presented while working with and within state and local government and public utility providers to achieve commercial targets.

Shane Goodwin, Director

Shane is an adept communication and engagement professional with more than 20 years’ experience in corporate affairs, strategic communications and social responsibility for the mining industry and public sector.

Shane has extensive experience working in various government and political advisory positions. Prior to his career in mining, Shane spent time as a media and policy adviser within the Commonwealth and Queensland Governments.

With a keen interest in Indigenous Affairs and Traditional Owner engagement, Shane is a member of the board of the Aboriginal Development Benefits Trust (ADBT), a charitable trust dedicated to the economic development of the Traditional Owner communities in the Gulf of Carpentaria.
