Logan is home to more than 327,000 people from more than 217 different cultures. Around 50 per cent of residents are aged 30 or younger.

New estates flourish as our Logan City grows. Along with this growth is increased pressure on road networks and utility resources.

SCGroup resources were engaged to assist the Corporate Property Team with the vast increase in acquisitions the result of new road and water projects.

In addition, SCGroup’s SMEs have provided the City’s Roads and Water Teams training sessions in delivery of property for linear infrastructure projects along with ongoing coaching and mentoring for the senior executive team.
