QR’s Corporate Real Estate & Property team is responsible for Strategy, Developments and Town Planning, Strategic/Major Commercial Transactions, Asset Optimisation, Feasibility Analysis, Precinct Master Planning, Heritage Management & Governance, Tenure & Surveying Management, and Access Agreements of QR’s vast property holdings.

SCGroup resources have provided SME support to QR’s Property Team on a number projects dealing with QR’s property throughout Queensland since the mid 1990’s. In particular the interface and integration of Cross River Rail, Gold Coast Light Rail required working with a number of rail entities including QR, TMR and Translink to deliver project outcomes.
