Southbank Corporation - Noise Complaint Strategy Report
SCGroup SME resources were engaged to undertake an independent Noise Complaint Strategy Report to assist South Bank Corporation with the quantification, validation and management of noise complaints brought about by the interface of residential and commercial land uses at the South Bank Parklands.
The overall objectives of the report was to provide:
- Independent review, analysis and validation of South Banks Corporation Noise Complaint historical records
- Benchmarking of South Bank Noise complaints against other comparable entertainment precincts.
- Identification of best practice standards.
- Summary of Findings / Recommendations for Management / Mitigation
SCGroup’s Best Practice recommendations were implemented this has resulted in an effective risk management strategy for the corporation.
