Gateway Infrastructure Reviews

The OGC Gateway Review process provides a level of assurance to Project Executives and Senior Responsible Owners that their projects and programs can move forward successfully to the next stage. It is used extensively across all Australian state governments and the national governments of both Australia and the New Zealand.

Gateway reviews employ a small team of independent experts to examine major programs or projects at key decision points.

SCGroup SME’s identified opportunities to improve the delivery of land delivery programs for projects being assessed. In addition SCGroup resources were responsible for the review and business case contribution of property acquisition cost inputs for a number of significant Major Infrastructure Projects.
